How Billing Works
- Base subscription — monthly fee for your plan tier
- Included credits — each plan includes a monthly credit allowance applied to token usage
- Token markup — usage beyond included credits is billed at provider cost + markup percentage
- Metered billing — usage is aggregated daily and reported to Stripe automatically
Budget Controls
Set spending limits per organization to prevent unexpected charges:
- Soft limit — sends an email alert when spending exceeds the threshold
- Hard limit — blocks API requests when the budget is exceeded (returns 429)
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. BroadComms never stores credit card information. You can manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods through the Billing Dashboard.
