BroadComms provides enterprise AI strategy and sovereignty consulting, SaaS and agentic AI development, managed AI and FinOps services, cybersecurity and DevSecOps, AI governance and GRC, and IT integration and AI gateway services. Services are provided under separate engagement agreements that supplement these terms.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. AI-Powered Features

Our website includes AI-powered features such as chatbot assistance, AI assessments, and personalized recommendations. By using these features:

  • You acknowledge that AI outputs are advisory and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions
  • AI responses may contain inaccuracies and should be verified
  • You agree not to input sensitive personal data into AI chat features
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the BroadComms website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

For consulting engagements: intellectual property ownership is governed by the specific engagement agreement. Generally, custom-developed solutions are owned by the client.

  • Free consultations are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations with reasonable notice
  • Information provided during consultations is confidential
  • Consultation does not create an obligation to engage our services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BroadComms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
